Kathy - Owner
With over 40 years of experience in the beauty industry, Kathy has built a career doing what she truly loves—hair. She specializes in hair color, from beautiful solid colors to dimensional highlights, along with haircuts and styling for both men and women. She loves creating looks that complement each individual and help her clients feel confident and refreshed.
In 2005, Kathy and her husband took a leap of faith and opened White Sands Salon & Spa. What began as a dream has grown into a welcoming place where talented beauty and wellness professionals come together to care for their clients.
The beauty industry has also become a family tradition. Kathy raised her three daughters around the salon and is incredibly proud that all three have followed their own paths in the beauty and wellness industry, including hair, makeup, and massage therapy.
After more than four decades behind the chair, one of Kathy's favorite parts of her career is the relationships she has built. Many longtime clients have become friends and feel like family, and she still loves those special moments when someone leaves her chair feeling confident, refreshed, and their very best.
Kathy feels incredibly blessed to have spent her career doing something she loves and is proud of the welcoming community White Sands has become.
Lindsey - Co-Owner & Color Specialist
With 23 years of experience in the beauty industry, Lindsey has had a lifelong passion for hairstyling. Growing up around her mother's salon, she developed an early appreciation for the creativity of the industry and the meaningful relationships built with clients.
Lindsey specializes in hair color, blonding, and keratin smoothing treatments, with a particular love for working with long hair. One of her favorite parts of being a stylist is seeing the transformation in her clients, whether it's a fresh haircut, a beautiful new color, or an entirely new look. She takes pride in helping each client leave the salon feeling refreshed, confident, and beautiful.
For Lindsey, hairstyling is more than a career. It's an opportunity to express her creativity while building lasting friendships with her clients.
Outside the salon, Lindsey enjoys spending time outdoors, going on adventures, and embracing life as a proud wife, auntie, and cat mom.

I have been a hair stylist for over 30 years. I love doing weaves, colors and haircuts for both Men and Women. I specialize in Keratin Smoothing Treatments. I also do wavy or straight hair extenstions.

Francesca Ross
With 22 years of experience, Francesca combines her love of art with her passion for helping people look and feel their best. She specializes in cuts and color and enjoys everything from classic, tried-and-true styles to creating fresh new looks.
Francesca believes every guest is unique and takes pride in creating a look that complements each individual. She loves building lasting relationships with her clients and providing great work at reasonable prices.
An artist at heart, Francesca also enjoys camping, Jeeping, being outdoors, and sports.
Ingrid
Ingrid has been in the beauty industry for many years—too many to count! Throughout her career, she has built lasting relationships with her clients, many of whom have become more like family and friends.
She specializes in men’s and women’s haircuts, styling, highlights, and color. Ingrid believes that great hair starts with listening. She takes the time to understand what each client wants and works with them to create a look they’ll love.
Most of all, Ingrid genuinely loves what she does and enjoys helping her clients look and feel their best.

Shauna
With 24 years of experience in the hair industry, Shauna has turned her lifelong love of hairstyling into a rewarding career. Encouraged by a high school friend to pursue her passion professionally, she began her journey in 2003 and has never looked back.
Shauna specializes in haircuts, color, and keratin treatments. She enjoys helping clients feel confident and beautiful, whether they're looking for a fresh new style or simply maintaining a look they love. Building genuine friendships and lasting relationships with her clients is one of the most rewarding parts of her work.
Outside the salon, Shauna's greatest joy is being a mother to her daughter, Farrah.

DeLyn -Esthetician/Dermalogica Expert
DeLyn is a licensed esthetician with approximately 13 years of experience in a salon environment. She specializes in customized skin treatments with face mapping, waxing, Pro Power Peels, Pro Pen NanoInfusion, red light therapy, and pressure point lymph drainage massage.
As a Dermalogica Expert, DeLyn takes the time to understand each client's individual skin needs and create targeted treatment programs designed to achieve the best possible results. Her goal is to provide a relaxing, stress-relieving experience while helping her clients look and feel their best and most confident.
When she's not caring for her clients, DeLyn enjoys being a rugby referee and coach and spending time with her two beloved dogs.
Dianne - Manicurist
With decades of experience in the beauty industry, Dianne specializes in providing personalized nail services in a relaxing and welcoming environment. Every client who comes through the door is special to her, and she takes pride in making each visit feel comfortable and enjoyable.
Dianne offers manicures and pedicures with an emphasis on relaxation and pampering. She loves incorporating warm stones and soothing oils into her services to create an experience that goes beyond beautiful nails.
She also specializes in foot detox services, giving clients another way to sit back, unwind, and enjoy some well-deserved time for themselves.
Dianne loves helping her clients leave with beautiful nails while feeling relaxed, refreshed, and cared for.
Megan - Licensed Massage Therapist
With nearly 20 years of experience in massage therapy, Megan is passionate about helping her clients relax, find relief from tension, and simply feel better. She received her massage therapy training at Golden West College and has continued expanding her knowledge and techniques throughout her career.
Megan specializes in back, neck, and shoulder massage and is also trained in pregnancy massage, deep tissue massage, hot stone massage, and scapula release therapy, along with a variety of other massage techniques.
Megan is also knowledgeable in aromatherapy and enjoys incorporating doTERRA essential oils into her services when appropriate. She is trained in the AromaTouch® Technique, a specialized service that combines the application of multiple essential oils with gentle touch techniques to create a deeply relaxing experience.
Compassion has always been at the heart of Megan’s work. She takes the time to understand each client’s individual needs and tailors each service to help them feel comfortable, relaxed, and cared for.
Her goal is simple: for every client to leave their massage feeling better than when they arrived.

Linda — Director of Salon Operations & Business Management
Linda has been an integral part of White Sands Salon & Spa since the day we first opened our doors. With over 20 years of dedication to the salon, she plays an essential role in overseeing daily business operations and supporting our team.
Her responsibilities include product management, vendor relationships, sales reporting, and coordinating with our accountant. Her organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence help keep White Sands running smoothly.
Throughout the years, Linda has enjoyed working alongside talented professionals and building lasting relationships. She takes pride in helping create the welcoming, professional atmosphere that makes White Sands special.
Tiffany - Creative Marketing Coordinator
Tiffany is one of our newest members of the White Sands Salon & Spa family and is excited to be part of the team! She brings fresh, creative marketing ideas to our in-house promotions and social media, helping us connect with clients and share the latest salon news, services, and special events. Tiffany says "it has been a pleasure getting to know everyone and is happy to be part of the White Sands family".
